Well, where to start... let's start by saying thank you so very much for your hard work and efforts! This has been a wild and crazy ride for the last two months and to think it all could've been avoided had I just come to you when you were recommended to me initially. The idea of owning my own place was a dream that I planned on accomplishing one day, but you made that day sooner and easier than ever expected. Being given the run-a-round for almost 2 months by Tamayo Financial was the worst 2 months of my life, telling me I had nothing to worry about and that they had it all under control. That is until I needed proof for my lawyer that everything was in order and "under control". Suddenly calls are not being returned and when they are problems seem to arise where before they were "under control". The worse part of it all was that they gave me the run-a-round up to 2 weeks before I was to close! Finally they informed me that they were unable to get me financed and sorry better luck next time. I informed my agent and she told me to try for a new financing through another company, but I was very reluctant. I didn't want to go through the lies again, and besides that I had but 2 weeks to my close date. After much thought I decided that I stressed this much, why not finish it up and give one more push.

I knew that my loan was not going to be one of the easiest applications to get approved due to the length of my current job and credit scores. The day I decided to continue with my financing search I was reminded by a colleague to give Rick a try. I was told that Rick wouldn't play around and if it could be done, he would get it done. Later that day I gave Rick a call and gave him all my information and the very next day he said that it would be no problem, but I was thinking I've heard that before. To make a long story short, Rick was able to get everything he promised me and even more... he got me a lower rate! Whatever circumstances lead one to refinancing their home, it can be a daunting and intimidating task. When I decided to refinance, I didn't know where to begin. Fortunately I got a call from a gentleman named Rick Steinkuehler.
